Can't sign up

I tried to sign up, entering a name and password that were accepted. An email was sent but I never received it. I went to the contol panel as directed but upon putting in my name and password I was told "Invalid Credentials". I'd love to play but can't seem to get an email confirmation.

Maybe the name and/or password that you put in are not the ones that you originally entered. I would try again, and if that fails, ty again with another email (gmail works), username and password.

 I tried to sign up with an entirely different email address and password and no email was forthcoming for verification. I checked my ISP web page for spam that might have been held in both instances and nothing was received.

Can confirm it is impossible to sign up.   Have burned through half a dozen emails, account names and so on.. the webiste alway craps out, never sends a confirmation email and eventually doesn't even let me log on the account on the forms.

Forum accounts are made here, on the forums.

Ingame accounts are made on our actual website.

 

If you receive the "already used" issue try to log into the control panel on the actual website using the credentials you tried to sign up with.

If you can't log in, create a new account, but while using a different, preferably fresh installed, browser or your current browser with all addons disabled, and preferably the incognito mode enabled.

If you can log in, request a new verification email. Repeat that until it goes through, with a few minutes break in between each new attempt.

 

If that does not work, add [email protected] to your contact list and resend it, again a few times with a few minutes as break in between your attempts.

None of that works.    3 different browsers, 5 different emails, countless account name and password.  NONE WORK.

 

You can not log in control panel.    You can not create accounts.  No browser work, no matter how man fresh installs. 

You can not request emails verification. 

Nothing works.   There is no way to create accounts or long in.
