Septic 0 Report post Posted August 4, 2017 Hi I havn't been able to log in for quite some time now so I did the standard tracert etc... However, when trying to log on to the website to post the result, my account was "gone" and I had to create a new one... Strange. I used the same email though as my old account. I would like to know what has happend. Is it just login issues for 24hours straight or have I been hacked or banned? Thanks in advance! Spionida 10 Report post Posted August 4, 2017 OK, here's a check list, please work through it Make sure that the client you downloaded was 1.12.1. People have been known to download others. If you are on Windows, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder is not in Programs, the desk top is fine. If you are on a Mac, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder and its contents are not write protected (Getinfo) Open the World of Warcraft folder - delete the WDB folder, it is cache and will rebuild. Open the file realmlist.wtf with a text editor (NotePad/TextEdit) Make sure that the realmlist.wtf's CONTENTS are ONLY set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org There is a folder called WFT, open that, delete the file called Config.wtf if it is present. WDB and WTF-Config.wtf are deleted. realmlist.wtf = set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org Problem still persists though: 5-10 sec of Connecting until getting Disconnected from server.
