Not getting Ony Buff in Org

Hello I have a 17 Undead Mage. When sitting in Orgrimmar waiting for the ony buff, I see everyone around me get the "Rallying cry of the Dragonslayer" buff but for some reason I don't get it. I also don't get the Rend buff. I tried relogging and dying, but nothing works. Could it be because my toon's name is "Looper" and in the code it excludes "loop?" My other toons receive the buff fine, so I'm not sure whats up.

Is the answer. Grind some Orgrimmar rep.

Oh wow you're right. Never knew you needed Org rep to receive buff. I'm used to leveling Orcs and Trolls.
