Can the drop of elemental earth be removed from rock element in badlands

As suggested in the title, I'm doing the study of elemental in badlands quest, killed by elemental earth farmers, can never finish this quest I guess. So please consider this, don't let the quest mobs drop elemental earth or just lower the rate.

Remove the only viable spot in game to make restorative potions, greater nature resist potions, and elemental sharpening stones so you can get 500 exp x 3?

 Not only viable, there many spots in badlads and many earth elementals in other locations where drop chance can be increased for balance. And this quest just not exp getting, you heard something about Nifty Stopwatch?  

But  suggestion sucks ofc, pain its a part of this game, especially on Elysium. Guys you choosing more populated PvP realm and you got it  -)
