Attunement to the Core lost q item cuz of server rollback

Good day! I need help! I did a quest "Attunement to the Core" yesterday and got quest item. The server crashed after this and while the quest remains "completed" there is no quest item in my bag and the quest giver doesnt let me complete the quest! and even when i abandon the q and start all over this quest remains as "completed" with the item marked as 1/1 so i cant even loot it again. Help pls

Send the GM's an in-game ticket, they'll be able to help you out.

You should also include some pictures of the quest being marked completed without you having item in the ticket.
