Can i transfer low levels like a 39 twink to the TBC realm, or is it going to be 60s only. Gold and Items, Gonna have the First Azerothian Bank of China transferring their, or are you going to be doing handwork on these transfers, and putting gold and item limitations and looking at the toons. You might be able to recruit some community members to do handwork on it. I would volunteer. Anathema is going to be kinda barren, and their will not be much point in having split servers.
