I understand why a 60 could be an issue considering that there are end game content differences between the servers. However a level 40 for instance would be barred from those items anyways. Even if he did manage to acquire items from end game content that may give him and unfair advantage could they not create a selective inventory wipe list for items that are not found in lower patches?
