I got a new phone today, re-scanned the barcode in the original email for the authenticator to get the 6-digit passcode but I'm still unable to log in, it says the code im entering is invalid. Pebbleform 1 Report post Posted September 6, 2017 Ah damn. Would you be able to re-send the original barcode to my email then? Maybe I'm scanning the wrong one. When i set up my 2FA i did it 3 times over (and thus have various bar codes in my email, yes I have tried them all) So possibly the correct bar code has been lost somewhere.
