Can't pick up quest for berserker stance anywhere

I've tried all the potential quest givers in all the capital cities and none of them have anything available to me despite being the required level, is there anything im missing maybe? rep is honored with all of them as well...

you're 30? and been to the capital city of your current character race? If that doesn't work, try running directly to the island, maybe it will be available there, otherwise make a GM ticket ingame

I am level 30, thats the only thing i havent tried yet but i didnt want to get all the way out there for nothing haha.

So after logging in today i noticed the quest just appeared in my log... guess that takes care of it.
