Game freeze when targeting

Hi guys i've got this issue since yesterday.

I've got unmoded wow client 1.12 and my computer and network connection is not the problem either.

PC:

CPU - Intel xeon quad core e5440

RAM - 8GB 4x2GB ddr2 Supertalent

Storage - 120GB SSD + 1 Sata Hitachi 140GB + IDE 80 GB Maxtor 

GPU - GT730 2gb ddr3 128bit

Network - Solid 90 mbps 

The game never drops bellow 50 fps even in Orgrimmar.

So my problem came yesterday when i try to point and mob ingame the game freezes for 1-3 seconds.

The fps stays the same the game just freezes..

When i move my mouse from the target the issue stops.

Tried: deleting the cache,moving the game to other dick drive, new gpu drivers, network checking.

Help me please i wanna play my mage so badly :( :(

"Unmodded" does that mean you don't use any addons. 

Cause addons like Damage Meters can cause the issue your experience if they arent the correct version.

I use only Questie.
And i've used it from the beginning.

Questie was causing the Issue.

I had a quest the had all the map covered with dots for Linen cloth.
Quest name : Gathering Materials (Horde)

There may be a newer version of Questie. Or maybe it's just not working well in that particular case.
