SegaGenius 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2017 (edited) So the Hypnotic Blade which drops off of Arcanist Doan in Scarlet Monastery drops with +8 int and +3 spirit and no SP. Is this intended or possibly a newer version? Because the vanilla wowwiki shows it with +9 SP. Also, if I am able to make Oil's as an enchanter, why is it that I cannot use them?
