I need help I recently reformatted my pc  and now i lost my username to log into my game I cant even remember the email i used to create account because the email i always use are blacklisted by the company i use to i had to choose a different brand/company i dont  normally use to create an Elysium  account to play , thats why i cant remember my email i used . 2ndly i still remember my password by heart just cant find my username and cant remember the damn email i used

You must have a user name and either the email or password. Without these we can not help. Sorry.

Open the wow directory on your PC and go into WTF. Then you see all account names you ever used.

They do not offer any account recovery, every "recovery" has to be done by yourself in form of resetting your password via mail or remembering your credentials yourself.
Staff does not help at all with this.

in all honesty the website should be revamp how you can recover a pw and not a username ,i know my pw i just cant remember the username for the life of me

recovery should be an option that you use a email or option "dont remember user name or dont remember pw" like some sites do

gotta be some way like ask my guildies about me or ask me something about my account or toons and what i have only i would know

Then log into the email account and check for the registration email that greets you with the account name.

Staff does NOT help. Never.

i did its a old email thats long gone i typed elysium in the search bar nothing came up cept for another account i made and for a guild website

the gms will know that my toons will never log on cus i have no more access anymore will it takes months for them to notice im saying the truth all along? my account that has kryptonite shortmcpuff   holydoomguy on darrowshire and few others on pvp realm will never log on

i tride all nite im about to give up was fun playing in Elysium , I will not start over with all the time and effort i put in would take to long and i feel really bad gues this is the end.
