Issue with a quest turn in, gm response, and now unable to log in

I opened up a ticket on my 31 warlock after reaching and completing the last part of "Components for the Enchanted Gold Bloodrobe" which is a long quest requiring you to fight up to level 39's for mats and leading you all over azeroth. Upon trying to turn in the very last quest, the "complete" button is grayed out. I have all the necessary materials to complete it, and it even says so in my quest log, so i opened up a ticket about this issue in-game. The GM was very quick to respond (awesome) and suggested i try logging out/back in to see if that would help, and so i did.

Now, when i try to log in, I'm stuck at the "recieving character list" notification, and can't get into the game D:

Well the servers crashed, that's why you can't get in now.

Greetings, it was me. When you log back in please abandon the quest and re-pick it again, they most likely you will be able to turn it in.
