Account info incorrect/ not valid

I have tried three different accounts to try to log in and/or restore characters. Nothing works. 

Previously,  I had two accounts; one horde and one alliance. I try to login and it says it is the incorrect info/ does not exist. 

Tried to "restore" but says the same thing.

Both accounts work on Lights Hope.

Pretty sure it's because only realm up currently is Nighthaven, it's a fresh realm you'd have to reroll on.

We're currently working on merging the 3 servers into #stratholme-pvp, you'll be able to restore your characters then.

My account deleted? i had account previously on Elysium (Scorv) but now i was create new. old not exiist? i don't know what's happen with my old account. Now i must leveling from beggining my rogue? Just moment i was created new accound same login name like in august
