How can transfer my character in nightheaven to lightbringer?

I try to follow the instructions in the front page of elysium for translate my character from one realm to another but i cant select the nightheaven realm, only anathema, lightbringer (where i want to go) and darrowshire.

Please help what i should do?

Thanks for answer so fast! there's some specific realmlist to play in lightbringer? because the one in the page right now take me to nightheaven.
