2 Quests in Tanris not obtainable.

There are two quests in Steamwheedle Port that you aren't able to get for some reason. Security Chief Bildgewhizzle is supposed to supply a quest called Southsea Shakedown the only requirement is being level 40. The other quest is called Pirate Hat's Ahoy! obtainable by Haughty Modiste and again to get this quest all you have to do is be level 40. Any reason my character can't get these quests or these npcs just dont supply them?

@Vynish Are you sure these quests are in the game yet? We are currently still in patch 1.2 I believe so if they were added in a later patch they wont be there.

Well my questie says they are there which is patched for 1.12 so idk

Those two quests don't become available until patch 1.8

The client you're running (we all run) is version 1.12, but the game content on the server side is still only 1.2, and won't get to 1.12 until next fall.
