Doobs 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2017 (edited) As for Elysium, Anathema, and Darrowshire; they will all 3 be merged into one server named Stratholme PvP. All the progress of your characters on these realms will be saved. Name priority will be as follows: Anathema > Elysium > Darrowshire. Stratholme will be running on 1.12.1 indefinitely, and will not reset or shut down. At some point will be able to progress to TBC. This is stated on your front page. "Stratholme will be running on 1.12.1 indefinitely, and will not reset or shut down" But yet here we're. Stratholme gone and apparently no characters are being restored for Nighthaven. Maderek 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2017 (edited) Most people transitioned to Light's Hope during the downtime cause their characters were moved there, was just too long to bring up Stratholme and the devs didn't want to maintain a realm with 100ish population. So I understand it from that perspective. But I agree it's crap that they bait some people who were waiting for weeks only to shut it down as soon as it came up. I understand you are frustrated and I apologize for any inconvenience closing of Stratholme might have caused. As you are all probably very well aware of, things were just not working out. I understand the final decision, but I think it was just disrespectful to drag some members of the community along for weeks with little communication, then to hype up the release of this realm a couple of days before launch, only to suddenly shut it down after it was brought up almost immediately. The decision should have been made much sooner. There were already trust issues with top leadership and I think this hurt that perception even further. Not that I personally have anything against you all, and I wish the project best success on their new realm, but I can certainly understand the frustrations of players like the original poster. Svjetlana 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2017 My friend and I just restored our characters the other day and were able to log in and play. Now when we log in it only comes up with Player Test Realm stating (6) characters however when I log into this server there are no characters there. The only other server is Nighthaven and this has no characters that were restored either... Is there a resolution???!! We need our characters back! We restored them and were able to play the other day.. whats going on? I tried restoring them again like you guys did and it says "This character has already been restored".
