Nobody can hear me

I can't seem to have anyone say anything to me, people can only see my emotes and guild chat. Any whispers, says, party chats and stuff nobody else can see. This started last night and I don't seem to be the only one who is affected.

Please open an in game ticket and one of our GMs will look into it as soon as possible. It is possible that something you said triggered our anti spam filters.

Having this issue REPEATEDLY today and the GM's just keep telling me it's "something i'm saying" and won't tell me what it is. Not discussing anything unusual

Might be a silly question but how do I open an in game ticket? I looked in the in-game help menu and the only option to page a GM is about being stuck

Click the red question mark (?) next to main menu button > Issues that GMs can assist with > Character > Report character issue > Describe your question > Submit. Once you've completed all the steps, wait for one of our GMs to get back to you.

The anti-spam system was a little to over zealous with muting players and affecting their ability to communicate via chat or mail. We've scaled it back a bit and un-muted those affected. Open a GM ticket if you are muted.
