invalid/banned info/acount

hey i had to make a new acount just to write this.

i played as normal yesterday lvl 40 hunter and today when i try to logginn it just says the acount is banned, and on the elysium website it dosnt reconise my acount name or e-mail.

what can i do is this happening to anny other players maby ann admin can help me recover my acount?

dont realy want to start over have about 3 weeks playtime on that one.

thanks have done it he only said that i needed to verefy my acount via email

but how do you do that when the site dont recognise my email?

We don't do email verification here. Are you sure you filed and appeal in our ban appeals?
