Character Restore

Hey there, once everything hit the fan I have not played in months and due to a new high demanding job. I would like to get playing my level 52-54 enh shaman orgawth once again...I was on the PvP server. I am downloading the game as I am writing this and for some reason my log in information to reset my password would not work. I believe the email I used was my schools and that has been disconnected. Is there anyway I can get my shaman back? I invested a lot of time and fun, but I really do not want to start as level one. Was ready for 60 and AV haha.

What server was your shaman on?

If you played on a previous realm such as Elysium, Darrowshire or Anathema those realms were merged into a single realm named Stratholme. The user base of Stratholme voted and wanted a new, fresh server. The elysium project launched this fresh server, named Nighthaven PVP on November 5th, 2017. Nighthaven being a fresh realm, everyone re-rolled and it is not available for character restores or transfers from other realms.

The players switched to this new fresh server and the population of Stratholme was only around 300 users at peak times. Because of the low player count, the elysium project moved Stratholme offline as it was not sustainable with such a low population. All your previous characters are still safe and stored there but will be unplayable until Nighthaven has completed its fast patch progression.

You will have to reroll to the Nighthaven server to continue to play on the Elysium project.

Alright thank you :( darn my shaman was lvl 53 haha....just was entering fun zones, but hey life happens. Sorry, but I don't believe I have the patience to level up again. Appreciate your information and the little bit a nostalgia you allowed me to have. (my main on retail is orgawth and during vanilla was an enh shaman). Good journey's and success on this server.
