Mergalf 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 I have had a long break from Elysium, and now when I have returned to the computer, I see that my old characters are gone.. I know there have been some issues with the database and so, but on the Test Server Realm, it says I have 3 characters but It is empty. I still have the folders from my characters, so is it possible to get them back? I dont know if the answers stands somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it, so I hope you can help! :) 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You will be able to use them again on our TBC server (when Nighthaven reaches the end of its progression through patches). Right now, Nighthaven is our only server and it is currently in patch 1.6. No character transfers and restorations were allowed, everyone had to start a new character. I hope that answers your question. :) P.S. Newbie 1 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Hi Kalmar, When I sign in and choose my realm, I see 9 characters but I don't see any of them accessible. Is there now to get the accounts? It has been few months but there was a restoration process. I can't find the link now but when the employee went postal and deleted a lot of stuff.
