cant log in

Hi im new to elysium, real excited to start but i'm having some trouble. I enter my username and password in wow and it says its not valid. ive made two accounts for both of my emails and neither can get in, i know its not my files because i use my friends info and it lets me right in. any advice is helpful as i REALLY wanna play

Both of you have set the realmslist.wtf file correctly? IT should only have 1 line that says;

set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org

 

Also make sure your wow client is installed to a backup hard drive or some place like a folder on your desktop and not in C:\Program Files\

That will cause your client to try and log into the official wow servers, which you obviously don't want.

 

If you have done all of this please give as much information as possible so we can try and help diagnose your issues.

I am having the same issue. I had already installed my wow client to a folder on my desktop and made sure that the realmslist.wtf was edited correctly.

Other things I can think of; Double check there are no additional spaces or returns in the realmslist

Double check that you created a game account in addition to the forum account. Game and forum accounts are different by design, so ensure you have created and are logging in with the correct account.

If you had an account with a previous elysium project server such as Anathema, Darrowshire or Elysium try creating a fresh account here for the Nighthaven server.

There are so many variables to consider I would suggest starting from the very begginning and going through each step slowly.

I was having this issue, the edit had a space at the begining and end, which I deleted, then I registered correctly as an in-game account and I could log ;) gg
