If its older than back in November 2017 prior to the Nighthaven server launch then your character is saved in a database that is currently offline. This would be the case if you played on older Elysium project servers such as Anathema, Elysium, Darrowshire etc. All previous servers were merged into a single server named Stratholme. The users of this server wanted a fresh server, which is when Nighthaven was created. Because of the success of Nighthaven, the peak users on Stratholme was only around 300 users. This made the server unplayable and the server was then moved offline. I'm able to login perfectly fine in game but it's only my rogue that is gone and I have 3 other characters there just lowbies though. When I try to use password recovery, It tells me the account name doesn't belong to any account but I am able to login perfectly fine. Also I tried signing up with a new account with my email address but it says it's taken by an account so i assume it is the one I already have. As for the Banning of the account, I never bought gold and have never used Botting. So there shouldn't be a ban on the account. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Zancon 117 Report post Posted April 30, 2018 If you are sure it was Nighthaven and you didn't delete it, this most likely means your account was compromised. To get characters back you need high level GM support which can be found on the Elysium Discord server. This is not a guarantee that we can restore the characters but they can do their best. Look for "Rain" and see if he can possibly look into it for you. Sorry to hijack the thread but I am also unable to log in to my account. I used to play on Anathema and had a 60 warrior there. Shortly after the things went down I remember trying to get in but with no success. What do you mean that the database is offline? Is there any way to get my character back on new realms? Zancon 117 Report post Posted May 2, 2018 Roughly a year, maybe a little less than a year. You can find all the patch launch dates on the main webpage, but your guess is as good as mine to how long before the actual launch.
