NumberSept 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2018 Hello, As a 56 mage, I'd like to begin farming in DM but I read a lot about Ely nerfing different part of the route, could anyone tell me if it is still relevant to do nowadays or if there are more profitable AOE places to go? If it is still the place to be, could anyone orient me to a cool guide ? I saw videos from Nost but I am not sure this is still relevant. NumberSept 0 Report post Posted May 8, 2018 (edited) After a bit of digging up, I am able to say it is still doable even if it is harder. However, you should be around 35-45g per 5 runs without herbalsim and enchant instead of more than 100g back on Nost before the nerf. This is due to changes to the loottable, to the amount of packs of lashers (from 10 to 4) and how fast the patrol is moving. I am not sure if this is still a good place to farm, I've been finding very different answers on this matter. I am not sure about DMN and BRD either. I know that DMN dogs were nerfed too, not sure about bugs. BRD spectators were nerfed too according to some dude on LH's forum. NumberSept 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2018 I tried to farm the lashers yesterday after watching this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBWS9-5UQGU It works nicely, only died 3 times before mastering the route and the xp given is huge. However, I can't give a gold/hour rate for now but it sure is much more profitable than Dalson's Tears, I regret I waited so long to farm there. DontFeedTheTroll 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2018 I hit 60 a couple of days ago, and tried doing the farm for gold only the other day. Loot has dramatically decreased compared to when I was not lvl capped yet. Most packs didn't drop anything anymore.
