Warrior: All of a sudden deep wounds is no longer working?

I am a fury/arms warrior.  I have 3 points in deep wounds, and for a while, every time I crit I could see the bleed damage and see the debuff icon, so everything was working fine.  But all of a sudden, no matter how much I crit, no bleed damage is done and no debuff icon appears.  I thought maybe it was the type of mobs I was killing, maybe they were immune to bleed damage, but my rend works fine on them, just nothing happens when I crit them.

Anyone experienced this?  I'm not that experienced of a warrior player, but it was working fine before.

You sure you didn't respec recently?

100% positive, never respec'd before and don't plan to until end game probably (not quite 60 yet).

It's the weirdest thing, and I may be wrong but I think it started happening once I put the third point into the talent.  I can't recall for certain, but it seemed to have become a problem around that time.

after yesterdays patch 1,8  I had the same issue with "Flurry" talent not proccing wheter it was a white or yellow crit.

Solution was: log out and disable ALL addons, log in and voila it was back again. (flurry proccing)

I could than enable all addons again, since it works fine.

My problem fixed itself today when I logged in.  Deep wounds is working fine now.  Maybe I just didn't relog yesterday when I was having the issue and that was all I needed to do.  But it's odd that it would stop working and need a relog to fix it.  Isn't all that shit server side anyhow?  So restarting the client I would think wouldn't even be a part of that.
