mtp1032 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2018 (edited) This is an edit of a previous post: On Sept 1 of this year I received an email from Elysium (specifically, "Elysium Project") indicating that my characters had been merged/restored and were available to play on Nighthaven. So, I logged into the Elysium website and my account's control panel and found all four of my four characters seemingly ready to play. However, when I attempted to login to the game I received an error that the account was no longer playable. I've tried changing the password, resetting the password, etc., but no joy. As it stands, I am currently unable to login to the game. SUMMARY: I can login to the forums and into my account's control panel, but not into the game. Can someone please help me? In fairness, I would add that I have submitted my account credentials, characters, and emails to @Dosena and @Shenna but I've not received any response as of yet. Mr_Rosh 7 Report post Posted September 18, 2018 Please try using your account name instead of your email to log in. Also, the forum account isn't the same as your game account.
