Banned message when i try to log on.

I have been trying to log on an old account that i have been using. i can log in the website and see all my characters but i'm not able to do so in the game.

Hey Loderdale,

Please try a password reset from the online control panel and then try to login into the game.

Also, the logon server will automatically lock your account if there are too many failed attempts so if it still does not let you login after you change your password then please wait at least one hour.

To add, if you do accidentally lock yourself out please wait a minimum of 45 minutes before trying again.
