Fleimkepa 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2018 Hey, I'm facing a problem I would really solve, I want to setup my Two factor authorization on my account, already installed the 2 apps (Duo Mobile, Authenticator) for my android phone and scanned the code using the camera phone afterwards i type in the 6 digits code showing on the app but nothing happens. any one has any idea? 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Zancon 117 Report post Posted November 19, 2018 It's an either / or on the software. I use the Google software. Please do not use both. Also most of the bug reports on not being able to log in seem to come from those using Duo Mobile. It seems to work great for some and not at all for others. Another tip seems to be some people are effected more by latency so the work around is to wait on a fresh code in the app then enter it as quickly as possible. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
