Account hacked

Hey i havent played on elysium for a couple of years, and when i logged back on today as i got the feels back to play again, i see that all my items are destroyed/sold and everything is gone, wondering if there is anything i can do to get it back?

Generally speaking, our policy is that you must control and secure your account.

With that said, go ahead and use the website and reset your password to something else.

Then you might be able to contact us in our discord (link in my signature below) and see if our GM's can investigate. If any of your old items can be found it MAY be possible to restore them.

Now, during the holidays there are very few staff members around as people are spending the time with family, so it may take until after the holiday's to get a response.

You see "I was hacked". Some others see "he decided to quit playing and sold his account to a gold farmer and now he wants to play again and/or resell his account again". That's why people very rarely, if at all, will get anything or everything back to how it was.
