Zancon 117 Report post Posted March 25, 2019 Greetings, have you tried logging on all of your accounts and making sure you check them for this character? Its usually best to check on the website first by logging into your control panel and selecting Characters. Then in game make sure you are checking extra chars#1 and extra chars #2 in realm selection for your characters as merged characters will be parked there so that they don't over write other characters. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Zancon 117 Report post Posted March 25, 2019 Had to start somewhere, you didn't provide much in the way of detail in your original post. 1) Just to be clear, you are saying the character shown on the armory is your character, no doubt about it? 2) You keep saying "the account" implying only 1 account, are you 100% positive you never created another account before? There are something like 15 other posts here about this very issue and all but 1 of them ended up having another account they "forgot" they had. If the answer is yes to question 1 and no to question 2, please DM me your account name and your email address and I will escalate the ticket to someone with database access that can look into this further. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Nalfein 22 Report post Posted March 26, 2019 Greetings, The only character we could find with that name is a level 5 Rogue, that is not on the account you gave us. If the character was created between the end of July and October, 2017, chances are it no longer exists. The reason for that is because we could only restore character data from our old realms from July 2017. This means all accounts and char progression from the end of July to October 2017 was lost.
