Download on another pc not got characters or keybinds?!

I am away for a little bit so i downloaded Elysium onto my other pc. I do not have any of my characters or keybinds?? Surely this should be saved to my account?

Would be great if someone could assist me with this cos it is very annoying!

Are you on the correct realmlist?

Change your realmlist.wtf to;

Set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org

Anyone know how to retrieve my characters??

Select the correct realms? If not then you have multiple accounts and logged into an alt account or something. We dont delete or move characters. The last option would be your account was compromised and deleted the characters. To check if thays the case then log into the website control panel, goto the shop, then edit character then finally goto restore character and see if you have anything that shows up in that list.

1. I definitely selected the correct realm, give me some credit, i am not a moron.

2. I DO NOT have multiple accounts.

3. I will try check the control panel and get back to you.

It shows no characters to restore on my control panel. But if i search for my characters they apparently still exist. I definitely do not have another account so this is just mind boggling!

I have solved the character issue now. The only problem i am having is that is has not saved any keybinds to the account??

Keybinds doesn't save at server. It's only in you wow WTF folder, if old wow-client folder was fully deleted you cant retrieve it. Unless you can restore deleted WTF folder with binds.
