We tried recovering account and the information he got doesn't match up with the information. but we still tried the information and it wouldn't allow us to log in. Played for awhile and then came back and characters weren't there and contacted support and said that once TBC comes out our characters would be available again. but that was sometime ago. Zancon 117 Report post Posted July 1, 2019 Log into the website, goto shop, then edit character and finally to restore character. See if anything is there. Also while in the control panel goto find character and search character names. See if the characters exist on Nighthaven. All the merged characters are there. If in the restore list then the account was compromised and someone deleted the characters. If nothing in the restore list, but names exist and seem like the correct character, than you are logged into the wrong account. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Buckshot 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2019 I've already located Characters in the "Find Character" section and all seem legit. Problem we're having is we can't seem to log into the account. We did a password reset based off the email (because we couldn't remember the username) that we had it under, and when we tried using the information provided it wouldn't allow us to log in. Zancon 117 Report post Posted July 2, 2019 The account details are up to users to keep and know their account info. Since were a free service we have no way to properly verify you are even the account owner. Second, you stated you are not the account owner you are the sibling of the account owner. This would fall under our terms of service as "account sharing" which is not allowed. With that said, if you figure out the account info I doubt it would raise much of a red flag as I imagine the account hasn't been active in some time. Lastly, there isnt a way to move characters from account to account without going through the sales process in our character auction. I would really take your time to go through all email accounts you can remember searching for "elysium" to find the account information.
