Nirud 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2019 My toon is Emoji on the Nethergarde PvP server. I recently participated in a LBRS dungeon run in which the Mark of the Dragon Lord ring dropped. I rolled need on it after someone else also did. Needless to say they weren't happy about and considered it to be ninja'ing. My GM kicked me from my guild and the reputation that I worked hard to earn was completely evaporated within minutes of hitting that button. I didn't think I did anything wrong. I wanted the ring because of its utility. I wasn't rolling just to take it away from someone else. But I am beside myself now and i'd rather the ring went to Travis. Huntini 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2019 Hi Nirud, It was a normal reaction from their side. It is very possible that you don't know the power of that ring. It is one of the BIS items for healers because as long as the shield holds (30 minutes without taking any damage), any healer who uses it has 22 mp5 during all that time. Keep in mind that Shard of the Scale from Onyxia has only 16 mp5. Of course a hunter who needs on it is a ninja. If you want damage absorb, farm Arena Grand Master. For you it should matter that you didn't know about the real usage of the ring and you should not be disappointed. You have no reason, you just didn't know. That's how we learn.. from mistakes.
