This is Cyrulaen of Nighthaven, and I just wanted to post this for everyone to be aware of the issue, and hopefully have our raid receive the rewards promised to us by the GMs. Firstly, I want to thank the GMs and the whole Elysium team in general for the Pre -TBC event they took their time and effort to create for us. It has been a lot of fun to have something special on Nighthaven that we never got to experience on regular servers. Now onto the issue. Today, August 5th, 2019, Ragtheradon spawned on the server with his world wide yell, and I immediately got excited. I spammed several guild discords, eager to get a group together as I had missed the first couple times he had invaded our land. Over the course of the next hour or so, we got a raid group together and made our way to the Hinterlands where he had appeared. Not surprisingly, an Alliance raid was also there, and a PVP war broke out. We were pretty evenly matched, and it appeared it would be a Mexican standoff until one side gave up, but then Rain's words came to mind: "unite with opposing factions and destroy this Dreadlord!" Several of us got on Alliance alts and messaged their raid leader Nafk, and we made a loose agreement that we would indeed do the impossible and work together to defeat this monster. After one failed attempt and a lot of threats to kick members who wouldn't adhere to the agreement, we managed to take down Ragtheradon! The loot was 138 [Blood of Dreadhorde Ragtheradon the Invader], 20 [Consecrated Sharpening Stones], and 30 Horde Emblems (I don't remember the exact name of this one, apologies). Those who wanted to rolled for the Blood, and a member named Wartlock won with a 97 (see attatched links for evidence of the rolls.) However, the Blood was never received by any members of the raid! I have reached out to the GMs but have not gotten a concrete response yet. I wanted to post this for the members of the Horde and Alliance who participated in this endeavor and were not rewarded for their efforts, since that is the worst thing that can happen to a player in WoW in my humble opinion. Its why Ninja looters are so hated by almost every player I have ever met in WoW, and this situation has the same feeling to it. I would ask the GMs to address this and somehow find a way to reward all the players that spent their time and effort to down this boss, and who went against the odds to ally themselves with another faction to keep the server safe from the threats that came to the Azeroth we know and love. Will the players who spent their time and effort to down Ragtheradon today receive the blood by some means? Some of us may not be able to complete the boss again due to jobs and other circumstances before the event ends. We have video and screenshot evidence from multiple sources if it is needed. nywucmuk 1 Report post Posted August 6, 2019 Same question. I opened ticket 1!! day ago after 1st kill of boss(status of ticket:wait time currently unavailable). I edit ticket after 2nd kill of boss(18-20 st yesterday). Problem description: we used grp loot during both kills, some1 won blood but didnt receive it, other raid members have no blood too(but in official information ALL raid member will receive blood, not 1 , not 0). My guildmate received blood by mail , but it dissapeared yesterday. Magic ^_^ And now main question "August 8th - Realms go down to merge databases." The amount of blood dropped on each kill should be associated with how many players were on the threat table of the boss. Unfortunately, we have to develop a fix for this part as it wasn't automatically distributed as expected. I am unsure by what method and exact details this will happen. Could be directly in your inventory or maybe mailed. I do not know what the IRL work schedules of every staff member is and when they will have free time to program the fix and distribute the blood. Arnica 2 Report post Posted August 7, 2019 (edited) 144 Blood of Ragtheradon dropped on the previous kill this August 5th (Logane raid). And only few had it. For the next it was nice fights, against Horde, Ragtheradon and the final (after having killed him). Devish 1 Report post Posted August 7, 2019 When are we supposed to kill him? He has not spawned since tuesday morning... Will the boss spawn on tbc server friday till sunday aswell?
