"Loggin in to game server"

Hi.

I'm logging in successfully, but I am presented with the "pick your realm" prompt.
After selecting "english" as the prerequisite I can click "suggest realm" and I can see the realm list.
 

I can't log on to any of the servers though, except the bottom PvP server.
I get the message "Logging in to game server" and after a few seconds I return to the realm list.

Is this due to the server being full or the server being down?
Currently I am recieving a "the information you have entered is not valid...blah blah" - I assume that's because I tried to
log in and out too many times and I'm currently suffering a timeout.
