Coin purchase not working.

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I decided to purchase some coins, and the "pay by phone" method just happened to give the amount I needed (16), and given the amount of time I've played on this server I figured I'd contribute a little as way of thanks, so I figured I'd use that rather than search around for bank cards. Unfortunately after attempting to enter the given code the transaction will not complete, in fact the only given message I get is as follows: "Transaction wasn't completed!" with an Allpass banner above. After the first couple of failed attempts I waited ten minutes on the off-chance the code I was given hadn't been updated to the system, but I'm still receiving the same error.

While £1.50 isn't a lot of money this is concerning for me, and honestly it puts me off investing in coins via other means should I run into similar issues.

Calling the company related in the phone purchase to figure out what's went wrong would ultimately end up costing me more than the initial attempted purchase, so I hope this can be resolved somehow.

I don't understand the method you used. Did you use the links in the control panel when you log in? We offer payment wall/faster pay and paypal via game points methods. What is "pay by phone"?

There is an option under the Paywall to "Pay by Phone", in which you call a provided number and are given a code you enter into the Paywall portal, this method is non-functioning.

I contacted Paywall about it and they claim there was no charge, my provider disagrees on this matter so I'm going to need to get back to them.

I've included an image below for clarification:

I'd advise anyone thinking of using the method I did to reconsider and use the Paypal option instead.

Thanks Andat. We don't control the methods of payment that payment wall offer. Hopefully they can clear that up for you!

Hopefully, like I said it's only £1.50 but it's still a bit of a pain in the backside to deal with.

The thread was more of a heads up to warn people away from that specific payment method.
