Being able to change stance without losing rage can let you go from Battle Stance to Berserker Stance and then use Pummel, or Intercept. Or go from Defensive to Berserker and use Berserker Rage, then go back to Defensive. Or use Charge then switch to Defensive, without losing rage. Tactical Mastery is without a doubt the single best Warrior talent. And yeah, that's what I ended up doing, just running Uldaman a bunch of times at 43/44 until I got Stoneslayer. I would not recommend Rockpounder, as mace spec is really crap for leveling. The stun is random and useless, whereas axe spec gives 5% crit and sword spec gives 5% chance for extra attack.

My point is that the healing a resto shaman brings, far outweighs that "slight advantage" to the melee group.

The only "advantage" Enhancement has, is a slight buff to Windfury/Strength/Agi totems. Even so, that is only +95 AP on those Windfury hits, +9 strength on strength totem, or +9 agi on agi totem. An extremely minor "advantage". It's not worth bringing a mediocre DPS to the raid for +9 strength to one group or a slight AP bonus to Windfury attacks.

You go full Fury 1-39 then respec Arms at 40.

You're better "support" as resto, not enh. Enh does crap DPS and doesn't bring anything that a resto shaman can't. Resto on the other hand, brings great heals and the ever-useful Mana Tide. Even if you were to bring a Nightfall, that's still something that can be done by offtanks, not enh shamans.

Tactical Mastery is insanely more useful than some extra Parry. Being able to stancedance without losing rage is so ridiculously good that it boggles the mind why this talent is a talent and not a passive. And yes, Herb/Mining are rough at the start since so many people have it at low level, but once you get past the starting herbs, it becomes much easier. Trust me, Herb/Alch is a very nice choice for Warrior (or any other class, for that matter) since you can make tons of useful elixirs, as well as stock yourself up with potions, which are invaluable for Warriors.

Because it's a 100% proc chance, so faster weapons = more hits = more Flametongue procs. The only reason you'd want to use a slow 2h while leveling is if you have talents/abilities that make good use of it. Shaman doesn't, until 30, so you use Flametongue with fast weapons at earlier levels. And even when you do get WF, you don't really want to go over 3.4 weapon speed anyways. Also, no other class uses daggers while leveling (rogues use sword/mace for combat), so you can typically get blue daggers really cheap off the AH.

Eehhhhh, that is showing around 1500 "active players"...but the realm goes up to ~5500 online every single day, and has queues on the weekend.

So I got my hands on a Ravager, and noticed some oddities about the Bladestorm proc on it. The melee hits from Bladestorm do not proc Windfury, and they also do not proc Flurry if they crit. Is it worth it to channel Bladestorm on one mob, or should I just cancel it immediately? Obviously if there's 2 or more mobs, Bladestorm is good because it hits everything, but against 1 mob, I'm not sure if it's worth it.

I noticed that there's some kind of bug going on with Grounding Totem, in that if an enemy uses a Stun spell against you while grounding totem is up, the grounding totem will NOT be consumed. It will just give an "immune" message. Very useful against mobs like Crystal Spine Basilisk that spam you with stun spells. Just throw down your Grounding Totem and you'll be completely immune to their stuns.

Every time I tried to use this command ingame, it wouldn't work. I too had to just use the "password recovery" on the main site to reset.

m8, the server has been perfectly fine the past 3 weeks. No "12 hour downtimes" at all Two days out of 4 weeks is not "almost every day".

Pretty sure if there was a leak of this server's account details, they'd have posts all over the forums telling us to change our passwords.

Blizzard intentionally designed spells to interrupt/reset your swing timer, to make it so that you can't just use a super slow weapon and sneak spellcasts in between melee swings. It'd be pretty OP for shaman to be able to throw lightning bolts in between every single melee swing.

The problem is that there are entire fucking industries of gold farming and selling. People who literally get paid to play WoW for 8+ hours a day and farm gold to sell. Thus, the server gets flooded with chinese players who do not contribute to the community at all, they just bot to max level and then farm gold nonstop, and spam everyone with whispers and mail and guild invites. Glad to know you support people who support gold sellers and spammers.
