Please provide proof, this is quite wrong. Most of the time I read about ninja threads the OP is COMPLETELY wrong anyways thinking need rolling on an epic they 'claim' they would use is somehow a form of ninjaing.

This is why we got rid of DKP in my guild. We tried it for the sake of being fair and open to everyone but honestly it's a brutal pain in the ass and has so many flaws. You have to micromanage it so hard to ensure it's being fair, otherwise hunters/druids/sp are getting all the phat loot over others whom benefit from it more, or you have to add Loot Priority to every single item (or set prices) just to improve it. Going Loot Council just make it simple and one of the best things that come out of it is promoting people to do better in raids for loot no different than if someone is wanting a promotion IRL they need to work for it. When in DKP you can play like trash and still get rewarded equally which is one of the hardest parts of DKP that I struggled with personally. We eventually changed, and no one quit the guild over it and I wouldn't have cared if some did as it just weeds out the type of people I believe are wrongly suited for decent guilds. As to Hurricane2 Adding Loot Priority & Blind Bids to DKP is very good, it somewhat keeps the gear where it should be going and people value the items at what they really value them at, giving a clear winner of who wanted it more. Not only that but you prevent any form of abuse with people bidding each other up on purpose just to make another lose DKP they wouldn't have otherwise lost. At the end of the day, it's all a clusterfuck and gets on the borderline of loot obsessive which is why Loot Council is ultimately better in so many ways granted you have decent people with a decent IQ running the Council.

Splitting 2 firelords apart in MC is much different than pulling a boss whom is programmed to pull every mob in the room if they are not killed. I could understand how this could be considered an exploit.

BRE is one of the best PvE 2h weapons, why would you give it to a PvP pleb? Even the top horde guilds are still using BRE in AQ40 because it's better than BWL 2h's.

Of course anything with "free" attached to it brings the sleaze of the slums. It's like PS3 when it was free was a very toxic community also full of children where Xbox online that you had to pay for had a more mature audience. Just have to deal with it if you choose to play free. Elysium can only do and handle so much.

Depends who is running them honestly. DKP guilds are more structured around pleasing loot whores as that is what matters most to DKP guilds and a lot of members of these guilds wouldn't be there unless each one knew they could stick their hand in the cookie jar. Most LC guilds place the loot on the classes it should go to the best they can and rewarding people based on their performance/effort etc. which DKP guilds in general don't do. Also gearing up the proper classes & people will make future raid content like AQ40 much easier, if you have 5 feral druids whom took 1/2 the acurria drops because they have no loot to bid on then that will hurt your best dps (rogues/warriors) but to each their own. It just seems like a misunderstanding here that came off shady due to the long delay in loot and the guy felt screwed over when it didn't go his way. I've met many people from this guild and they all seem like great people so I really don't believe there was anything going on here.

+1 but I do think changing the "Elysium" server name to something else that isn't project related would help the other realms as suggested in another forum.

The ones at the bridge de-aggro by time you get to the flag, and with a tank going in first nobody dies from the tower npcs. This is how real premades/organized groups do it and it's FASTER. Perhaps grab a dictionary if you need to look up the word faster. Trying to say the short cut is somehow this amazing advantage is a bunch of bullshit. It's like me crying about alliance have it easy as hell to cap towers due to the way they are designed.

They are removed from the game until a later patch. I believe patch 1.7 but it also could be later than that.

Because every pug group has tanks and healers just always there. I've seen horde wipe many times from the elites, but again this is besides the point. It's faster for a group to go across the bridge & aggro less elites. Key word "FASTER". Sit down.

So? That's actually slower than coming across the bridge and going for the flag. Especially when you factor in the amount of elite mobs you generally aggro when using that short cut. It's like me complaining that alliance jump over the fence at the horde base. Boo hoo, it's not making a major difference. Also ANYONE can jump up that wall, it's not limited to certain classes.

ye but full bis is silly way to look at gear among raidingg uilds, Prestor bis forever for other classes while warriors have many other improvements in later raids making it a silly item to consider even if it's marginally better than OTP for patch 1.6. Some people are just too technical about the term "bis" when it comes to a patch to patch basis when people should always consider the logical choices on gear.

And how does it match up against the CTS which has no proc/rng with a higher top end damage and raw stats on it?

Can anyone explain why the raid IDs reset so often here and why it's not fixed? It's lame that you approve all guilds of re-clearing when it's only a minority that raid on Wednesday and your only allowing these guilds to gear up quicker compared to others which is quite unfair, it's basically like opening a cash shop and selling gear. It's also very rich that some guilds were banned for intentionally reclearing raids last week, or a single raid boss and were banned for it, yet this week it's given the green light. What happens when IDs reset again? Guilds get to clear 3 times in a single week? Would appreciate and love some consistency on this server and with the behavior of staff. Resetting the IDs of a few guilds that were mid-cleared shouldn't have been a big deal or stating guilds that cleared the entire raid already are not allowed to re-clear would have been a better decision.

I can understand the reasoning behind this but honestly it should just be removed COMPLETELY and to compensate the drop rate should be increased in the other areas of the game.

Valid point but I think you missed his bigger point. Nothing is wrong with it considering a game with millions of players are still using it in 2017. People who are worried about loot should form their own groups or play with friends. Otherwise deal with the randomness.
