The drop percentages are a function of chance on each kill. It is not in any way a guarantee that you would see it once every how ever many kills. The percentages on any tracking website would be the average drop percentage found across all reported boss kills. It all comes down to the random number generator and the chance to get a specific piece of loot. With the above said, I am going to forward your information to the development team for a look.

If you are over level 15 this should not be happening. Either our spam filter is catching you as a mistake, or a GM has muted you for some other reason. We have recently been posting updates again in the #TBC-annoucements channel of our discord. Namely, that we have 2 new developers working on TBC, we reverted XP rates to 1x on the beta realm and have been testing our revamped 2.4.3 database trying to identify and eliminate any bugs we find. You can gift most items to another player. It will ask if the item is for yourself or for a gift just prior to actual purchase. If it doesnt ask you then the item is not eligible for gifting and you would need coins on the other account. We do not have a way to gift coins.

Try clearing your WDB folder first to see if its some kind of database loading error. If that doesn't work you can also try clearing your WTF folder as well, but warning it will reset all of your addons to default/fresh install status.

Strange. Please submit a GM ticket, if you completed Foreboding Plans that should be the only prerequisite. State that in your ticket so the GM can double check your completion for the prerequisite quest and possibly recomplete it for you to enable getting the next quest. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Can you give more information? What server is this on? Was this character merged from another server? When was this character last played prior to noticing? So are you even sure you have the correct server project? If you do have the correct server project, off the top of my head the causes for this are likely; You were on Anathema server, previous admins here quit to create their own server project. When they quit, they made an attempt at deleting and sabotaging all of our databases. We were finally able to recover a database for this server but progress was lost because it was an older database. It was either not give people anything back at all, or restore the older database and give something. We chose something, over nothing. You exploited something for an advantage, a GM caught it and de leveled you as a punishment instead of a permanent ban. You cheated or bought gold from a gold seller and a GM caught it and de leveled you as a punishment instead of a permanent ban. With more information we may be able to figure it out.
