We're now running on the improved hardware which should improve some of the crashes/lags you may have experienced in the past. DNS is always a wonderfully unreliable thing. For some it works, for some it doesn't. It won't let you connect because the servers are switching over to match Nostalrius code for the new servers. Unknown as to when the servers will come up.
