Lmn75 6 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 Sorry if this question has been asked and answered before, but will the game client be available for download from a link provided by Elysium team or do we have to dig for it in the vastness of the Internetz? I want to be as ready as possible for the stress test this coming week-end.
nevomm 4 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 Any client that is 1.12 will do, i believe kronos and old Nostalrius can provide the files you need, then its just a matter of changing your realmlist. Good luck! If you need anything more please hop on the discord https://discord.gg/B4aWpxu

Lmn75 6 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 Will this do: http://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2803#p25865 ?
nevomm 4 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 Yes this will give you the files you need (Warcraft 1.12). I'm not familiar with the set up wizard though, the nost installer might do some stuff that i'm not savvy on. E.g. that will probably automatically set your realmlist to the old nost realmlist.
nevomm 4 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 Upon a bit more research on that thread i noticed that for the most part; people are really happy with it, these were probably people trying to connect to nostalrius but you could just extract the 1.12 from that and make your own realmlist. I digress, i say most of the people were happy; those that werent only found problems because of their chrome not having an addon or not being updated or whatever, if you cant download that version on google chrome, try on mozilla or IE. God forbid you use IE.
Shayss 43 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 Ontopic - what should our new realmlist be? Nost? Elysium? Valkyrie?
Tholren 7 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 Ontopic - what should our new realmlist be? Nost? Elysium? Valkyrie? I'm sure they'll provide, but most likely it will be the same that Valkyrie wow has used since they started hosting Elysium.

Lmn75 6 Report post Posted November 17, 2016 Does anyone have other download sources for a vanilla client? Torrents?
stokbaek 1 Report post Posted November 17, 2016 Does anyone have other download sources for a vanilla client? Torrents? I have stored the nost client setup files on my private server (I remember the download was horrible) for later usage. Its not a torrent but its on a decent uplink and you should be able to get an okay speed on it https://stokbaek.org/wow_installers/classic-wow/

emilmp91 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2016 sorry for being off-topic but what account will we use to log on to the stress test? Registration is closed atm. Will the old Nost information be able to allow us to log in? If so, I'll need to remember my account name =) And @Lmn75, the link you provided with the Nost installer is ok, that's where I installed it from.
