Shaylin 6 Report post Posted November 20, 2016 Is it worth it to do this quest chain? I'm sure questing will get you closer or better items, but is the chain worth it to do to get all the items of said set? Especially I guess if you can get a high level char or do it in groups to get the items needed? Kind of like the WW axe, the earlier you get it, the way better it is from a stand point.
Storfan 24 Report post Posted November 22, 2016 It will last you from lvl30 to lvl 40 when you get tuten'kash chest from RFD. Is it worth it? - "Possibly".
Shaylin 6 Report post Posted November 23, 2016 Yeah, I mean if you can get the items easily at around 25 so you can go into RFD, I guess it would be good. Probably not worth it to go out of your way to get it. But if you can get the set items it would be alright.
Undertanker 88 Report post Posted November 24, 2016 The item is good for the level, no doubt, but to get it will slow down leveling. While the instance referenced may have an upgrade, that doesn't mean it will drop or even if it does that you'll win the roll, unless you make the group and cherry pick to ensure no other class can use it.

Just get the one from WC Mutant Scale Breastplate Walling Caverns is typically not on the radar for most alliance players. That place has good loot though, won't lie.

True but if your planing on getting the cheast, it send you to stonetalon where you will have to kill like lvl 26 to 28 mobs. Not to mention Razorfang Kraul a lvl 28 elite mob, well a bunch actualy. So if your planing of getting this in the alliance side expect to have it with lvl 30. Also you really dont need the sta while leveling, str will be king here. WC is awesome, as tank Kresh's Back is a must have I always run it while leveling, alot of quests there even in the alliance side.
Undertanker 88 Report post Posted November 28, 2016 I got for a green stam chest and move on. I level warrior as fury until 40 for /sit enrage so extra stam is nice. That spec isn't very gear dependent and more stam = can kill 2 mobs w/o having to use a potion. Traveling 1 hour to try to do a quest is not my cup of tea, could have grinded 1/2 a level by that time and gotten many green and fodder drops for gold.

Then the one time I run it as a healer, the damn shield dropped. I was so salty. I got for a green stam chest and move on. I level warrior as fury until 40 for /sit enrage so extra stam is nice. Yea, I am just now in that part where I have Blood Craze for the /sit command, useful at the end of a fight to get a little bit of healing out. Although it doesn't really regen *that* much health.
Undertanker 88 Report post Posted November 28, 2016 No it doesn't regenerate a lot of health, but do this: Take the extra damage received from the intentional /sit crit, then count the hp you got back from being crit. If you are grinding mobs at or right below your level, it actually equals out to you taking less damage after factoring in the heal. (Some mobs hit hard but this is true for the majority while leveling)

Then you'll get something out of it anyway.
