Vanilla Addons A-Z

Installed Gatherer and Cartographer (Automate?) to what I believe is the correct location (wow/interface/addons), but nothing happens. It's been a decade or more since I messed w/ these, but I thought there was some kind of control panel from the login screen in the past? 

Someone have an "Addons For Dummies" guide? :(

Got Gatherer working, now to tinker with the rest :)

Colleagues! Is there a version of the auctioneer for 1.12.1, in which there is a possibility of auto-selection of the current average price for the item? As in the current version on retail (Appraiser tab). Or is there another add-on with this function? For example, I want to sell "Wool cloth", the addon scans the auction for the presence of "Wool cloth", then he calculates the average price for it from those that scanned and suggests putting it.

Auctioneer is part of a package of addons.  I cannot quite remember what 3 addons it entails because I use AUX now and I am more than happy with it.  I believe one of them was called Informant which would tell you how much a vendor would pay for the item assuming it's either in your database or you've sold it before.  I think the other was Enchantrix.

I cannot figure out which of these addons is displaying my latency right in the middle of my screen. And i can't seem to move it either. Does anyone know which one it is?
