Token Used on an account that cannot be verified

Hi everyone , last night when the transfers opened i created a new account on elysium. I got the token from Nost's form. (i remember both password and e-mail) and i apparently somehow managed to add it to an account that i have not verified (or so i think) 

The problem is i am still not getting the Verification E-mail. I've tried whitelisting and removing all spam filters and it still is not comming. And from what i see i can't change the account mail at this state.

Below is the image i'm getting on the "Play now" section in the site. (Cant enter Control Panel because i need to verify)

The mail service provider is www.Mail.com  :happy_tired:

Your image is no screenshot, so we all can´t see it...

 

It´s just a link to the control panel.

 

You have to make a screenshot and upload this here by using imgur e.g.

A lot of people in the same situation with providers with over zealous spam filters you cannot change. I am with Virgin Media (United Kingdom) and same situation.

Yes i read about that bug that import was possible without email verification.

 

They said they fixed this. But what does that mean for you as you already imported your account.

 

Damn i wish i could help.

 

Try contacting a gm on discord...

2 of the biggest ISP in the UK (Virgin and BT) are not receiving verification emails. I hope you get your accounts sorted.

 

Personally I had to create a new Gmail to verify and link my chars, but I'd like to undo this and switch back to my ISP email (BT) as it was also my original Nost email, which given the following is important to be using:

I'm using my original Nost mail aswell , i can always switch , of course. but the problem is i already used my token on the account that i can't verify for some reason.

Just register new one on gmail, you will get it instantly.

I can't because I already transferred my character.

And still no single mail....

 

 

Nvm, tried this:

update: it looks like there is a bug in their code that registers accounts and sends out emails.  Work around I found:

 

1) register account

 

2) click control panel to go to log in screen

 

3) click "forgot password"

 

4) it will successfully send a password reset email

 

5) click the link, you can use the same password as before

 

6) log in and click "resend activation email"

 

 

 

And it worked!
