Is group buffing on Songflowers ok to do?

For those of you not familiar with a little Nostalrius drama, some members of NOPE were banned for clicking on Felwood plants at the same time, but were shortly unbanned. However, the staff never said whether it was OK to continue doing going forward. So, is it OK for us to buff on Songflowers as a group going forward on Elysium?

It depends on which GM sees the ticket. Rival guild GM, smell ya l8r

I did this all the time back in retail, both with both guildies and respected enemies from the opposing faction. Just had to time it right.
