Oh and you have no instant attack on that spec.   Gonna fail.  Would be more productive just going Protection PVP spec and do more damage as well:

Na, no way you pass up shield slam.   When you have access to all the +block value items in the game between T2 boots, most of T3, Styleens, Saphirons trinket, naxx block neck, ext...  with impale, on a clothie, you can get 2.2k shield slams when you click your trinket: Glyph of Deflection

It's fun to peer flag carriers spamming hamstring when you proc stuns all the time. But that's just it.
