You paste the token into the Control Panel on your Elysium account. If you don't have an Elysium account, create one, and go to the Control Panel and paste the token there.

Create a new account on Elysium website.

— Verify your email to go any further.

> Transfer your Nostalrius characters:

— Obtaining a character token: Visit the Nostalrius Website and generate a token using either your username

and password or username and email. If you choose the username & email option, the token will be generated to your email.

— Copy the token.

— Open the control panel while logged in to your Elysium account, and select the Nostalrius Transfer option.

— Enter the token.

> Transfer your Elysium characters:

— Go to the Elysium transfer page in your control panel.

— Enter your old account’s username and password or username and email.

Again. the latter will give you a transfer link in your inbox.

Please note that you cannot transfer characters from multiple accounts to one Elysium account.

Each token will require a unique Elysium account.

Moving to help and support

Not seeing any issues on our side with the tokens. Have you created an elysium account AND verified the account? Once you do that, then go to your control panel and use the token there.

Kind Regards

Hi, I'm encountering the same problem. My account is verified and I've tried to use the token through the control panel and still no luck.

500 Internal Server Error here as well. Seems there is something happening server side. I have tried everything on my side to see if it would go through (different browser, clearing cache, etc.) to no avail.

A junior GM replied in a different thread and said to keep an eye on social media for any update, but none of the social media accounts are showing info about this either.

I am pretty sure the staff has someone that can diagnose the issue, but here is a quick general reference for some things they can check since the 500 internal error is a general error code and not very specific. https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938

If they are stuck, I can possibly hop on a discord chat to offer whatever help I can. I will periodically check back for private messages. Either way good luck to the staff in seeing this resolved quickly. And thanks so much for all the time and effort you guys put into this project!

Same problem as well on my main:

500 Internal Server Error.

Tried with at least two newly created accounts. Was advised to wait for couple hours. Still happening.

Thank you

Just an update. I was able to resolve the issue by the following workaround:

Logged in remote to my work PC, which has different IP. Logged in to Elysium site and generated new token on the new IP. And boom - it worked.

Cheers!

Confirmed workaround. Just used my smartphone, disconnected from my wifi (same network my pc was getting the error from) so it was going through the cell network (different IP address). Then proceeded to Nost to generate a new token, logged into Elysium and applied the token and worked right away.

Thanks again for the discovery Kalpak!

The first thing you need to know about an "Internal Server Error" is that the error can only be resolved by fixes to the Web server software. It is not a client-side problem meaning that the problem is not with our plugin. This is a 'catch-all' error generated by the Web server. Basically something has gone wrong, but the server can not be more specific about the error condition in its response to the client. In addition to the 500 error notified back to the client, the Web server should generate some kind of internal error log which gives more details of what went wrong. It is up to the operators of the Web server site to locate and analyse the logs which should give further information about the error.

You realize you bumped a year+ old thread?
