Imported token but no nostalrius characters.

Thanks for showing up and officialize that there is an issue, at least we know devs are aware of that and it's not our fault :D .
Take your time, the amount of work must be huge, we will wait (at least, I can manage) ;)

Yes, it's a truth; right now transfer still be broken during last few hours because the old Nostalrius have a troubles on his side.

We so sorry, just wait please, our work are going on.

I'm having this issue too, :(

However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!»

I had a lvl 60 tauren druid, Knosos, in Nost PvP.

The whole character transfer went seemingly well for me until I actually saw only one character (some low lvl paladin) in the control panel. None of my other characters were transferred (lvl 60 druid, lvl30ish warrior etc.). I waited for the actual launch to see if it was just some random bug with the control panel but sadly all my characters, besides the low lvl dwarf paladin, were lost. What is also interesting is that all the names of my Nost characters were already taken. The Nost account was not compromised and characters were not deleted. They can be found on realmplayers.com/.

I also lost the characters from Nost PvP realm as well.

 

I understand that whole this project is done pro bono and I am grateful. I don't wish to come out as insistent but If it is not much trouble I would like some feedback on this as the situation is, in my opinion, rather awkward and inconsistent.

I'm missing my 60 warlock on the PvE realm after the transfer, I have a warrior 38 only for some reason on the account.

You were able to use the tranfer function today? I thought it wasn't working?

having the same issue. worked fine for elysium. but for nost it says the transfer is done, yet on control panel said i dont have any character yet. then today i check and it says "Your transfer was successful! However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!". im losing a 60 as well as my pvp alt. please give us some kinda sense of what is being done about this <3

I haven't played this game as I keep hoping for this to be resolved, so that I can use my Nostalrius characters, but I'm starting to lose hope now - especially with the focus on the new realms.

 Might it have something to do with the fact that my character existed before Nostalrius split into the pvp and pve servers and then got assigned to the pvp realm?

Having same problem.  None of the 3 level 60s transferred despite the 'success' of the token.  Any help would be great.

Thanks for hosting this server though, it's still a lot of fun.

   After having deleted the level 1 character character the control panel says that the transferred account has no characters on it.What's a bit stranger is that if I try clicking the 'Recover Nostalrius account' and type in my e-mail and topmost character name it tells me that there is no account with that email that has the specified character.I miss my level 60 warlock :(

At this point I'll just wait for the fresh PvP server and start anew since there has not been a single word from the developers, not even a single word of confirmation of this issue, even though the problem is pretty widespread.

See you guys in January

too After successful transfer from Nostalrius characters list is empty, and can't reuse Token

 

My exact issue.

I went to the account recovery page (which assumes the account was hacked/stolen/pw-shared) but I can't remember the exact permutation of e-mail address used and character that was at the top of the char screen.
