Veteran player here with 80k honorable kills between my 29 twinks.

Those who say "No" most likely dont even play twinks or just troll. There arent any drawbacks of xp off command. It was available on Kronos and felt great, especially for those who dont have a main and can farm abit without fear of leveling out. I could understand if Elysium/Nostalrius was principally vanilla like, but its not. So I fully support addition of xp off command.

Seriously, "xp off" its a good thing, it can be applied for experienced players while command "xp on" will be disabled.
