There are way too many bots for manual chat bans to really be effective. You block chat from 1 bot and within the hour, 5 more will have been created. And i am not admin here =)) And one more, ST ban bots for single spam word, even it in separate lines, not only filter it. Xom 8 Report post Posted December 30, 2016 Pretty impressed with how well my chat is clean now from SpamThrottle without any customization at all. Manually ignoring people is not likely to be worth it. I tested with not ignoring the sellers, just to see how many whispers I would get before I had to ignore them. It was always one message and then never heard from them again. Even if I wasn't ignoring them. Pretty glad that by just installing the addon I don't see any messages besides the odd channel invite. Or I guess I saw one today that was multiple lines with a word or two per line which snuck past the filter, but again I only received a single message and nothing afterwards. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
